Since I was a little girl I was inspired by art. After I was married I had three beautiful children and found myself spending a great deal of time in the kitchen. I became really bored of baking the same basic dishes over and over again.
I started to use my inspiration for art whilst baking and I discovered my passion for cooking. It is really important for me to feed and nourish my family and friends with freshly baked goods made from scratch that are free of all nasty preservatives.

4 years ago we moved back to Israel and I enrolled into the ‘Israeli institute of culinary art’ and graduated as a Pastry chef. During my time at college I found my true passion,
I discovered the magical world of pastries, cookies, cakes, breads, danishes and the never ending list of delicious baked goods.

In Israel I catered small private and corporate events for up to 60 people, tailoring each menu to the theme and request of each client.

At flour we use fresh, organic & kosher ingredients. The most important ingredients are our attention to detail and the LOVE we bake into each product. You will immediately notice the difference in flavor, aroma and details.

We can accommodate to any occasion for up to 70 guests. Individuals are welcome too. We specialize in aesthetic and delicious finger food that will WOW your guests.
